Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Sales Order Administrator, who is enterprising in their approach to business and looking for that challenge to advance our already very successful business.They are on the cusp of moving to brand new state of the art facilities and the role brings the opportunity to work with their dynamic and tenacious team as they continue to push their business forward. In the role of Sales Order Administrator, you will be responsible for taking and processing orders as well as the provision of essential administrative support within the office and to the sales team.The Sales Order Administrator will be:· Reporting to the Commercial Manager· Receiving orders from customers from their dedicated portals/emails and inputting these into our own system· Ensuring correct prices and discounts are in place· Taking queries regarding products and stock levels· Checking orders are despatched and invoiced daily· Working closely with internal departments to coordinate sales· Dealing with any issues in relation to customers orders and deliveries· Processing all order documentation and liaising with hauliers e.g. DPD, UPS etc.· Arranging deliveries and handling shipping requests· Administrative duties as required to back up the Sales function including filing, inputting, post etc.The Ideal Candidate· Will be proficient in MS programmes, excellent Excel knowledge is a must· Have excellent organizational skills· You must have experience of dealing with retail credit accounts.· Have an excellent telephone manner· Rigorous attention to detail· Ability to build relationships with people of all levels both within the organisations and externally with suppliers and to use these relationships to deliver exceptional results.· Eligibility to live and work in the UK to be considered for this role.The role requires the individual to have a high level of integrity and an ability to focus in on the detail to deliver high standards of work. With proven experience in a similar role, the successful applicant will be confident, with good communication and numeracy skills.Hours: 37.5 hours a week Required skills
