Job Description

With disruptive change rolling through the medical device industry as value-based healthcare and digitisation, my client is constantly looking at new approaches with the implementation of continuous improvementenabling low-cost distribution accompanied by high quality products.Quality Manager:As Quality Manager you will be responsible for managing the existing Quality Management Systems and evolving them appropriately as the scope for work increases. You will ensure control and monitor product quality, tracking any issues and driving continuousimprovement in their manufacturing activities. This is a client facing role that you will manage both in-person and virtual customer audits, as well as taking responsibility for supplier quality through audits.Contribute to project work when required through auditing further development projects, coordinating FMEA activities, manufacturing process development, verification testing and planning or design-for-manufacture.Quality Manager Requirements:

  • Bachelors or masters degree in a STEM related discipline
  • Experience operating with an ISO 13485 or similar manufacturing environment
  • Experience contributing to the maintenance and development of a QMS
  • Experience managing customer and supplier audits
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Detailed approached to work with a keen eye for detail
  • The ability to influence, train and mentor colleagues to ensure a Quality culture
