Job Description

Product Marketing Manager | Remote | Technology | IoT | Industry 4.0Our client has one goal: to revolutionise the worlds ability to locate, connect and manage industrial processes, making them more productive, flexible, profitable and safe. Together they are able to tackle real-world problems that span discipline and traditional silos.The roleReporting to their CMO, they are now looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager that can tell their story to the market and help their target audiences understand how their products can solve their problems. This newly created role will requiresomeone that can understand and develop the buyer persona, create compelling content and value propositions, and work with marketing and sales to educate and excite internal and external audiences. Working closely with CMO and working closely product managementand the company founders, this person will understand the industrial automation, IIoT and digital manufacturing landscape, preferably with knowledge of real-time location solutions (RTLS) and the value they bring to improving quality, safety and efficiencyof complex manual processes. With recent investment and a great roster of existing, well-known brand clients, this is an exciting time to join the team and make this new role their own!Main Duties

  • Develop clear understanding of the user and buyer personas
  • Research the market and educate internal teams on the competitive
environment and emerging trends
  • Create highly compelling content and be the spokesperson to tell their story to the market
  • Train global sales teams and partners on articulating their product benefits
  • Conduct win/loss interviews to gather feedback directly from clients
  • Work with their CMO to develop their go-to-market strategy and guide field marketing to improve campaign relevancy
  • Own pricing of hardware and software products, including developing as-a-service propositions
  • Create launch plans to take new products, solutions and capabilities to market
  • Brief analysts, media, and partners on their portfolio, capabilities, and client successes
  • Assist with other marketing efforts as necessary including travel to conferences,
Clients and sales meetingsQualifications
  • Business/Marketing or Engineering degree or equivalent
Skills & Experience
  • 7+ years relevant product marketing experience with an engineering, software or
industrial B2B organisation
  • Solid understanding of RTLS, SaaS products, Industry 4.0 or Industrial IoT hardware
and applications
  • Proven background in creating highly compelling content and messages with
excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Commercially astute, able to work effectively with sales, finance, and partners,
to price products for maximum value
  • CRM experience a plus (preferably Salesforce) for pricing and product management
  • Native English speaking
