A very good knowledge of safeguarding andSEN is essential for the successful applicant.You will also need to have a flexible but organised approach to your work, so that you can ensure management responsibilities are carried out in a timely and efficient manner, while offering playroom cover when required.It is non-negotiable that all applicants for this post must hold a minimum of a Level 3 childcare qualification with a willingness to obtain a level 4 or higher.
