A lovely Primary School in St Neots is seeking an Office Manger to join them in January 2024. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth operation of the school. Your responsibilities will includemanaging administrative tasks, maintaining records, liaising with parents and staff, and ensuring the office functions efficiently.***Office Manager - St Neots, Cambridgeshire***January 2024 start***Long-term temporary position with the potential for permanent placement***£110 - £130 per day depending on experience***Continuous Training and Opportunities for ProgressionKey Responsibilities:

  • Embrace and champion the schools vision as a leader.
  • Fulfil obligations in safeguarding pupils, following appropriate training.
  • Possess comprehension of fundamental financial terms and procedures.
  • Display qualities of care, enthusiasm, dedication, and strong organisational skills.
  • Excel in working under pressure while effectively prioritising tasks.
  • Collaborate seamlessly within a team, exhibiting excellent verbal and written communication with all members of the school community, external organisations, and communities.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in IT, literacy, and numeracy, upholding high standards.
  • Engage in continuous training and development related to various school-based aspects such as financial systems, Paediatric First Aid, and premises management.
  • Showcase adaptability by addressing both planned and unforeseen tasks, including occasional work during school holidays.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proficiency in utilising the Arbor management information system and Access financial system is desirable
  • Familiarity with HR/Payroll procedures.
  • Prior experience and comprehension of working within an educational setting.
