Job Description

Are you a confident and experienced manufacturing professional seeking a new challengeI am currently working with an innovative and successful engineering company who are seeking a Manufacturing Operations Manager to join their team.Your key responsibilities will include;

  • All aspects of managing, developing, coaching and leading a team
  • Effective planning to achieve targets
  • Managing all aspects from goods in through to build, test and dispatch
  • Ensuring production and quality targets are achieved
  • Driving Continuous Improvement and lean activities
With superb communication and interpersonal skills, you will have strong problem solving skills, be highly organised, decisive, confident and understand the challenges faced within manufacturing operations for technical products and engineering. A strongcustomer focus and the ability to effectively prioritise are essential together with relevant engineering (or similar) qualifications and experience, ideally with electro-mechanical products (or similar) within an assembly type environment.
