Job Description

Learning Support AssistantLSA required at various primary schools in and around Ramsey, Cambridgeshire - Immediate start - £90/£95 per day based on experience.Are you passionate about helping students reach their full potential Do you have a natural ability to connect with and support children with additional needs If so, the role of Learning Support Assistant could be perfect for you!We are looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic individual who has experience working with students with diverse learning needs. You will ideally have knowledge of common learning difficulties such as dyslexia, ADHD, and autism, and the ability to workon a one-to-one basis with students, demonstrating patience, compassion and empathy.***Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - in and around Ramsey, Cambridgeshire***Experience working with students who have autism and other educational needs required***Long term role starting immediately - Potential to become a permanent post***Salary based on skills and experience between £90/£95 per day As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work with students who have a range of conditions. You will provide academic and social support, develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour plans, and provide one-to-one or small groupsupport in and out of the classroom.The key requirements for this role are:

  • Previous experience in working with children who have special educational needs (SEN), particularly autism
  • Knowledge of common learning difficulties, such as dyslexia, ADHD, and autism
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
  • Flexibility and adaptability
