Job Description

LEAD ANALYST £55,000 - 65,000PETERBOROUGHA lead role within a growing tech brand focussed on customer analytics working across strategy and analytics!THE COMPANYA leading tech brand seeing even more growth within their data team! You will be part of this hybrid people first team looking to help the business base all decisions on data.THE ROLEAs a Lead Analyst, you will lead on insight generation into who the customers are and how to increase retention and enhance their experience. More specifically you will have to:

  • Use SQL and Python to understand and breakdown large sets of data to extract impactful insights on customer lifetime value, customer churn and retention
  • Segment customers through data modelling and deep dive analysis, allowing for targeted marketing and a more personalised customer experience
  • Provide insights to senior stakeholders across the business on who the customers are and how you can engage them
  • Work with senior exec to enhance the rewards package and increase customer loyalty
YOUR SKILLSThe successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
  • An expert in SQL and Pyhton/R
  • Good knowledge of customer analytics and KPIs such as CLV, retention and loyalty
  • Confident providing insights to high level senior stakeholders and conveying complex tech terms in digestible jargon
