Im currently looking for a Laboratory Manager to join a leading UK Testing Laboratory based in the Cambridgeshire area. As the Laboratory Manager you will be responsible for the following. As the Laboratory Manager, you will be responsible for the following:KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Your duties as the Laboratory Manager will be varied, however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:Effectively manage the Laboratory teams across the Organic and Inorganic laboratory, ensuring required compliance to ISO 17025.Continuously improve and develop effective and efficient processes for the Laboratory working collaboratively across other departments. Manage the performance, training, and personal development of the Laboratory teams. Organise and manage preventative maintenance of laboratory instruments, working closely with the Operations teams to resolve any issues and ensure deadlines are met. ROLE REQUIREMENTS:To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Laboratory Manager we are looking to identify the following on your profile and history:1. Relevant Laboratory line management experience2. Proven industry experience working to ISO 17025 regulations.3.
