1st / 2nd Line Support On-Site - Cambridge OR Birmingham £30,000 - £34,000 + Progression and Lucrative Benefits Package Excellent opportunity for someone to join a full service distribution company that specialises in construction equipment, offering progression, a lucrative package and career stability. This is a global company that operates in the UK, North and Central Africa and Benelux. With offices across the UK, you will be joining the midlands office (Birmingham) or the offices based in Cambridge. In this role you will provide 1st and 2nd Line Support and maintain functional applications of the ERP systems and various other applications such as Link2, Kardex and their internal web based services environment. You will be planning, performing and followingup maintenance on systems and answering any questions regarding Business Applications. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 - 12 months experience within a similar role, be able to correct and complete documentation, manage tickets efficiently, commit to deadlines, answer questions and solve problems for users and perform maintenance on ERPsystems.
