Job Description

Job title: IT Support 1st line - Full time permanantLocation: CambourneSalary: £23,000Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

  • Responsible for PC, laptop and smartphones maintenance
  • Understanding documentation
  • Good understanding of Windows, Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Software installs
  • PC upgrading and building
  • PC troubleshooting
  • Quick communication ability to reply to emails
  • Responsible, pro-active and enthusiastic attitude
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to prioritise
  • Must be a clear communicator and team player
  • Eager learner who has a can-do attitude
  • Information security awarenesss
