Job Title: IT Project Manager - Service ConsultantActive DV Clearance requiredLocation: WytonInside IR35 via Umbrella (Paystream, Giant & Advance)Working Model: On-site 5 daysDaily Rate: up to £750About the RoleWorking as part of a model office team the role will oversee the service delivery of the development capability, providing support to development teams who was to use the facility in the production of their platform and systems, prior to live production releaseacross the business. Overseeing a small technical team who directly support the model office capability, ensuring it remains fit for purpose againgst business need.Key Accountabilities- Co-ordination, development and maintenance of the Service Pipeline;- Co-ordination, development and maintenance of the Development Lifecycle;- Co-ordination, development and maintenance of the Release to Service and Service Transition process;- Co-ordination and management of the Alpha Development Environment or its replacement;- Assisting with sprint planning meetings to ensure the uplifted personal understand the requirement/content needed for each document being produced;- Leading and assiting with Sprint Review/retrospectives;- Time to assist with the Quality Assurance of any new documents that have been written;. - Adhoc SME Support for process and technical knowledge;- Continued oversight and operation of the Service Desk;- Relationship Management of customers and stakeholders for Services in support;- Oversight of the fulfilment of Service Catalogue requests;Key Capabilities/Knowledge- Commercial Awareness- Certified and proven service management experience.- Proven team leader experience within a technical working environment.- Fundamental understanding of IT service management and configuration management best practices.- Good understanding of project management principles (Agile and Waterfall).- General understanding of current IT service management tools- Ability to communicate and liaise at all levels e.g. Users, Management, and Customers.Experience & Qualifications- ITIL Qualified in v3 or v4- Higher education qualification (degree or equivalent) in Information Technology (IT).
