IT Procurement Administrator Our Global Life Sciences client are looking for a Procurement Administrator to join them on a contract basis.Core responsibilities - Procurement of IT Hardware, IT Software, Standard and non-standard IT Accessories from registered vendors.Getting Quote for non-standard items, buying from catalogue items, creation of Purchase orders, Good receipts, delivery from vendors-Preparing Reports in excels like for Telecoms, Mobile services,Updating records in MS teams, SharePoint, Excel, ServiceNow tickets or RequestsSkills required - SAP: Basic user knowledgeService NOW: Basic user knowledgeMS office/ O365: Very good knowledge especially with statistics/reports/ excel/ Process modelsLanguages: Good business English.
