Your base location will be Lancaster House, Huntingdon.Drive Value Through Our PeopleWe are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner who will work closely with our Support Functions to develop, drive and deliver against its people strategy, working in collaboration with the Business, and the wider People and Change Team, to ensure thepeople agenda is aligned to the goals of both the Business Unit and the wider Anglian Water strategy.Working alongside the People and Change Team you will look to identify areas of improvements across our HR processes, products and services to support our Business to achieve their goals.You will be responsible for coaching and partnering at a senior leadership level, developing strong relationships with leaders and their teams to drive a culture that supports our values and makes a difference to the financial and operational success ofthe Business Unit.
