Job Description

HR Business PartnerAlconbury£40,000 - £50,000 DOEAre you a confident and enthusiastic HR Business Partner looking for a new roleCoulter Elite Resourcing are currently looking for a HR Business Partner to work with one of their market leading and clients based in Alconbury to work as part of the HR Team. The person will be a confident leader with an abundance of HR knowledgeand experience, providing colleagues with professional advice, guidance and support as well as supporting and managing other members of the HR team.Principle Responsibilities for the HR Business Partner:

  • Provide guidance and support for their Team
  • Deliver a high quality, professional and valued HR service to all employees
  • Ensure that the HR service delivered drives the business
  • Provide advice and support to all management on a day-to-day basis on ER issues (investigations, disciplinaries, grievance, performance, absence)
  • Implement tools and strategies to aid staff retention
  • Identify problem areas within the business and provide solutions
  • Support, develop and evolve the company policies, procedures in a compliant way
  • Creating key HR projects to support the business
  • Can coordinate and contribute to audits (BOPP, SMETA)
Person specification for the HR Business Partner:
  • Be an effective problem solver and a strong HR knowledge
  • CIPD Level 5 or above
  • Have integrity, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Be passionate about delivery best practice
  • An influencer with a strong personality
  • Have a positive, can-do attitude
  • Experience of managing a 7 days a week operation
  • Can take accountability for decision making
  • Excellent customer service
  • Knowledge of modern slavery, ETI base code, ethical considerations, employment law
  • Has experience of working in a business with 500-1000 employees
  • Be computer literate (word, excel, PowerPoint)
This is a full-time permanent HR Business Partner position, working hours 40hrs, 7 days, primarily Monday - Friday, but weekend rotation over 6 weeks, offering an annual salary of £40,000 - £50,000 DOE - Plus Companies Incentives.If this HR Business Partner position sounds like you, then please forward your CV to Sophie Sansby at Coulter Elite Resourcing.
