With every employee playing an important part in ensuring we continue to provide them with excellent customer service and maintaining our role as a responsible landlord.We are currently looking for a Housing Officer to provide tenancy and neighbourhood management services for a specified area, ensuring that services are customer focussed.What you will be doing: To ensure that tenancies are managed appropriately according to the circumstances of the household, making referrals and signposting for support as necessary. To regularly review tenants circumstances and make recommendations in respect of future housing options. To advise tenants of their housing options so they can make informed choices at the end of their tenancies To reduce debt owed in rent and service charges. To manage safeguarding cases appropriately ensuring that legislation is followed, making necessary referrals and engaging with residents, partner agencies internally and externally where required.Wed love to meet someone with: Excellent customer service skills putting the customer at the heart of what we do. Strong negotiation and influencing skills. Excellent time management and organisational skills IT literate and ability to adapt to new software.
