Hotel Services Manager | Cambridge | Full Time, No Nights | Salary £30,000 - £35,000 Spire Cambridge Lea Hospital is expanding the scope of services we offer our patients and are looking for experienced Hotel Services Manager to join our established team.Spire Cambridge Lea Hospital offers comprehensive private hospital services in a comfortable and relaxed environment to patients from Cambridgeshire and East Anglia. The Hospital is going through a £10 million refit, which will modernise our 5 Theatres and44-bedded ward. Also included in the upgrade will be the Imaging and short stay departments, increasing the number of pods to 19. The Endoscopy suite will also be JAG compliant level and there will be an extended 2-bed recovery unit. Duties and responsibilities:You will be responsible for managing the housekeeping, porters and catering staff. Any issues will be reported straight to you to resolve - flexibility will be needed if there were to be an issue and you were needed on-site. Manage all audits and any one-to-onemeetings with your staff. Resolve anything that comes back from surveys. Like any role, there will be some admin alongside this. Who were looking for: Come from a catering background and managed a team. Health & Safety experience. Strong people managementskills. Customer Service. Healthcare experience desirable. Self-sufficient with full attention to detail.
