DescriptionSet up new FP&A function - drive and improve capabilities Business partner and influence senior stakeholders Lead Budgeting and Forecasting process KPI analysis Identify and report on key drivers and projections for board Develop 5 year plans Provide support on strategic decisions Oversee internal reporting and help drive automation and standardisation Help develop and improve controls environment Consolidation of management accounts and provide commentary and variance analysis ProfileQualified accountant (ACA/ACCCA/CIMA)Ideally qualified within Practice and has a further 2/3 years experience within Industry Strong analysis skills Advanced Excel Commercial acumen Self starter with strong communication skills Able to demonstrate their ability to influence stakeholders Job OfferProgression and development opportunities Partner with and influence senior stakeholders Man management responsibilities Flexible working arrangement Salary £60,000 - £65,000
