Job Title: Factory TrainerLocation: CambridgeshireSalary: £27,357.72Are you experienced in factory operations with a strong focus on safety and training Were partnering with our client in Cambridgeshire to find a skilled Department Trainer. This pivotal role involves delivering e-learning and classroom training programs andinductions for new starters, ensuring compliance with company standards. If you bring factory experience and thrive in fostering development, we want to hear from you! This is a Monday to Friday role, working 8am to 5pm, however there is flexibility there if needed.Key Responsibilities:*Safety, Quality, Hygiene: Lead risk assessments, integrate standards into SOPs, and set the standard for correct working practices.*Training, Planning, and Coordination: Coordinate site compliance, facilitate specific training, deliver task assessments, and ensure SOPs are current.*Communication: Effectively communicate training arrangements through daily meetings and emails, providing insightful statistics to departmental heads.Key Capabilities and Characteristics:*Strong relationship-building skills, a collaborative team player, effective organiser and planner.*Adaptive use of various learning styles, ability to assess learner competence, excellent questioning and communication skills.*Enthusiastic, professional, and eager to learn.If youre a confident individual and passionate about operations and delivering training to ensure people have the skills they need, wed love to hear from you!
