Job Description

If youre a Merchandiser with experience in a fast-paced retail environment who is looking for their next career move with a growing team, then this is the role for you.Reporting to the Head of Dept your responsibilities include:

  • Preparing Weekly and Monthly reports for Trading Meetings
  • Reviewing Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Sales performance and carrying out Rebuy and Markdown actions where required.
  • Managing WSSI by accurately forecasting demand, OTB, returns, AVSP and margin.
  • Taking full ownership of your departments and acting on issues when they arise.
  • Leading a team
    • Skills Required:
  • Experienced Merchandiser or experienced Junior Merchandiser ideally from another major retailer
  • Extensive experience in planning and trading
  • Capability to work autonomously and to work across the business, other teams, and at all levels.
  • Commercially focused with excellent analytical and numeracy skills.
  • A good problem solver with proven ability to deliver results themselves and through others.
