Responsible for building the employment offerings, this reputable practice is looking to appoint an experience Employment Lawyer who can come in and hit theground running with building up a client base / workload of employment related matters on behalf of both employers and employees. This position would suit someone with proven technical expertise in advising across all aspects of employment law. THE CANDIDATE:Suitable Employment Solicitors will have at least 5 years PQE in handling their own caseload of employment related matters. If you are looking for an opportunity where you can progress your career and join a leading regional law firm, then this is the rolefor you! The firm are keen to hear from those with a sound technical knowledge in dealing with their own caseload of matters on behalf of employers and employees. You will also have a proven track record of advising on the full range of employment tribunallitigation and possess the ability to advise on redundancy, employment policies, contracts, grievances and disciplinary matters. Along with your fee-earning expertise you will possess strong business development skills.
