My client, a leading designer and manufacturer of special purpose machinery based near Cambridge, are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Panel Wirer/Electrical Technician on an ongoing contract basis. Due to an influx of work, they are keen to secure the services of an individual who has prior and demonstrable experience within a similar role, preferably within machinery build sector.You will work with the Electrical Build team on all aspects of system looming, panel wiring and electrical assembly, and use design schematics and E-Plan layouts to produce quality products to a tight deadline. Ideally you will be vocationally qualified to a high level - C&G/NVQ or Apprenticeship, and be able to refer to many years of experience within the role. A strong electro-mechanical assembly background is required, as the assembly of sub-systems is a key part of this role.
