An exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic and experienced Deputy General Manager at a thriving independent co-educational day and boarding school located in Cambridgeshire and within easy reach of Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire* 5 out of 7 days on a shift rota with a daily half hour unpaid lunch. * This is a non-term time, and you will be expected to work 52 weeks minus annual and statutory holidays. * Salary £32,000 per annum Key responsibilities and accountabilities o Responsible for supporting the General Manager in the overall operation, training, and company health, hygiene, quality, and safety standards as set out in accordance with client specifications o Support in the delivery the client expectations of food and food service and they are consistently delivered o Attend to Client, customer needs in a polite and helpful and friendly manner aiding where necessary in line client specificationso Ensure daily food safety, allergen checks, are done and recording them to company standards.o Prepare, produce, and present a weekly financial report on the online ordering system. o Ensure all staff carry out tasks in accordance with company health, hygiene, quality, and safety standards as set out in client manual.All appointments are subject to satisfactory completion of an enhanced DBS check and proof of right to work in the UK.
