Job Description

Brook Street are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join a team within our Cambourne OfficesThe role will be critical in helping the client adapt and create more efficient working patterns and to polish and trouble shoot issues post implementationJob Title: Data AnalystHours: Office hours. No weekends.Pay: £15 - 17ph depending on experienceLocation: CambourneTemporaryResponsibilities

  1. Use of Alloy to update and improve information and data held within to ensure key information is accurate.
  1. To work along side the data team to create and refine new routes and supporting work-flows and data.
  1. Maintain accurate data records for internal and external use purposes
  1. Support the Data analyst in any the monitoring of data to assess local performance, highlight trends and carry out bench marking.
  1. Support projects with data requirements, for instance provide data to monitor and evaluate project success i.e. achieved intended outcomes.
  1. Ensure service management systems are optimised to meet the requirements of the service.
  1. Support gathering of bespoke intelligence to inform service improvement and provide management information and reports as required.
  1. Dealing with a varied range of internal / external enquiries.
Skills
  1. Strong analytical skills to study disparate, multi sourced data resources
  1. Strong problem-solving skills to trace and resolve data / system issues
  1. Identify, trace, analyse and resolve data errors, record inconsistencies and procedural errors to ensure integrity of data systems and improve customer service.
  1. Team working and good communication. Post holder must be able to interact with internal and external actors to ensure intelligence is gathered in an informed and meaningful manner
  1. Attention to detail is required when inputting or extracting large volumes of data to maintain data accuracy.
