Job Description

Brook Street are looking for a Customer Contact Advisor who has experience and knowledge of working within a customer service/customer contact centre environment/industry.Job title: Customer Contact AdvisorLocation: Cambridge, CambourneHours: Full-time - Office hours / Hybrid working offered after completed training Temporary contract Salary: £12.60 - £14.33 (Dependant on Experience)

Experience
  • Equivalent experience and knowledge of working within a customer service/customer contact centre environment/industry.
  • Experience of working within a team, preferably in a customer focused environment.
  • Practical knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Office packages.
  • GCSE in English and Maths, grade A-C or equivalent.
