Customer Service Advisor Salary - up to £23,000 St Ives Cambridgeshire Hybrid working HB Commercial are delighted to be working with this growing business that has been trading for over ten years.Our ambitious and innovative client seeks professional, hardworking team players to add to its customer services function.As a customer service advisor, you will be responsible for service and sales via telephone, emails and web chat.The successful candidates must be comfortable conversing across all platforms.Responsibilities but not limited to *Responsible for delivering outstanding customer service*Maintain professional relationships with your customer during the customers journey.*Keep all internal systems and CRMs up to date and maintain internal relationships whilst working together on projects *Proactively provide feedback and recommendations to improve our processes, systems, and customer experience.*Help your colleagues to do their best work.
