Job Description

Now, we invite you to be a part of their remarkable journey!They specialise exclusively in premium brands within the small domestic appliance, air treatment, and floorcare categories and are seeking a talented individual to join their Customer Service team on full-time basis.As a Customer Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

  • Excellent management of customer contacts and orders through various communication channels, including telephone, email, chat, and social media.
  • Ensuring a consistently high standard of accuracy and work quality.
  • Delivering an exceptional customer experience that exceeds expectations.
  • Efficiently addressing customer queries with empathy, knowledge, and a keen understanding.
  • Processing customer orders in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
The ideal candidate will have worked in previously within a customer service environment and have a genuine passion for going above and beyond to delight customers.Benefits
