The corporate commercial team is lookingto appoint a well-rounded Corporate Commercial Lawyer who can cover the full remit of corporate commercial law. The appointed Corporate Commercial Solicitor will be able to advise on commercial agreements, acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, corporategovernance and other transactional commercial and corporate matters. As the successful Corporate Commercial Solicitor, you will be responsible for your own fee earning caseload and also be expected to supervise junior fee earners as well as play a key rolein developing the profile of the firm and department as a whole.EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:Suitable Company Commercial Solicitors will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in dealing with all types of corporate commercial matters. Ideal Company Commercial Solicitors will have sound technical expertise in joint ventures, commercial agreements, acquisitionsand disposals and reorganisations. You will have an excellent track record to date and be well placed to come in and hit the ground running with your own caseload of files. The appointed Company Commercial Solicitor will be self-motivated and be committedto providing timely solutions to a varied client base.
