Job Description

Our client, a leading and growing BioTech company, are seeking a Contract Analyst where the benefit of remote/partial remote working will be considered, on a 12 month fixed term contract basis. The role also benefits from a competitive salary and marketleading benefits package.Tasks will include:

  • Drafting and negotiating a broad variety of contracts and other legal documentation
  • Reviewing a broad variety of agreements ranging from contracts for the sale of goods and services, confidentiality agreements, supply agreements, consulting agreements, beta-test agreements. and material transfer agreements to spot issues, inconsistencies,errors, and omissions, etc.
  • Independently draft and negotiate the terms of contracts and develop legal templates and forms to be used by other departments within the company.
  • Be responsible for various duties relating to the administration of contracts, including creating and maintaining an organisational system for contracts.
Skills Required:
  • Up to 3 years experience (Ideally 1 year of In-House experience although candidates from a private practive background will be considered)
  • Commercial contracts experience including sale of goods and public customer experience
  • Internal stakeholder experience
  • DUTCH / FRENCH Speaking skills woud be a big advantage
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with public procurement preferred.
