Our client, a successful and growing supplier of fresh produce to the UK major multiples, are looking for new talent to join its team in the Cambridgeshire area. We are currently recruiting a Commercial Manager.Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will have responsibility for managing the daily operations of existing customer accounts delivering strategy short/medium/long, pursuing new business opportunities, and continuously reviewing and developing operationalprocesses to improve performance and maximise growthWhat is offered:- Salary circa £45,000 - £65,000 depending on experience- + package including bonus and car allowance- Hybrid working 1 day per weekWhats required:* Experience working with one of the large UK supermarkets* Food industry background* Proven track record within a commercial environment* Strong stakeholder management skills both internal and external* The ability to work in an extremely fast paced and dynamic growth businessThis role will be challenging but also extremely rewarding and satisfying.
