We are currently looking for a Back-End Developer to join a leading Biotechnology company based in the Cambridgeshire area. As the Back-End Developer you will be responsible for building data and management platforms as well as collaborating with DataScientists, Engineers and Implementation Engineers to develop simple and flexible solutions for interaction with clients and staff. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Your duties as the Back-End Developer will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:1. Writing, documenting, testing and reviewing Python code.2. Participating in software architecture design and advising on API development. 3. Writing automation scripts to support every aspect of the business. ROLE REQUIREMENTS:To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Back-End Developer we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:1. Excellent Python skills and famaliarity with ASGI frameworks and toolkits, e.g. Starlette, FastAPI, Starlite. 2. Experience with Python database toolkits and object-relational mapping, e.g. SQLAlchemy, neomodel.3. Familiarity with Git, API and Linux.
