Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be working with a regarded Property Consultancy in St Neots on the hire of an Associate Town Planner. This is a full-time, permanent position however candidates requiring flexibility are welcomed to apply.The planning team has vast experience in providing imaginative solutions to complex planning situations. They provide an integrated approach to projects to resolve key planning issues from an early stage in the planning process. In this role, you will positivelyengage with stakeholders, communities and Local Authorities to give a clients project the best chance of success.The successful Town Planner will join the team and assist in providing the following services to your client base;-Planning applications and Appeals-Development appraisals-Local plan representations-Negotiations on legal agreements and CIL S106 review and advice-Community Consultation-Enforcement mattersIn order to apply, you should hold a suitable qualification, MRTPI status and appropriate experience at Principal/Associate level (public or private sector). Naturally then, you will be a strong communicator with the ability to develop relationships withstakeholders.
