Job Description

Assembly OperativeSalary: £10+ per hourSchedule: 8:00am - 4:00pm (Monday - Thursday)8:00am - 1:00pm (Friday)Location: Waterbeach, CambridgeshireImmediate Start!We have an amazing Assembly Operative role available for our amazing client based in Waterbeach, Cambridgeshire!Due to increasing orders, our amazing client is looking to recruit a reliable, forward thinking and resourceful individual, who can demonstrate extended periods of focus and have a very keen eye for detail to join their friendly team in their busy Waterbeachwarehouse.Daily duties will include:

  • Building products on the assembly line according to drawings, instructions or schematics.
  • Following established safety and efficiency procedures to ensure that operations run smoothly.
  • Inspecting assembled products for any faults or defects.
  • Reporting incidents, faulty operations, or product imperfections on the assembly line to management.
Key Skills:
  • Experience of working in a warehouse environment would be advantageous.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics- preferably an engineering or manufacturing background.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
