Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an Account Manager (Scientific/ Chemist background) for a scientific laboratory in Cambridgeshire.The role:As an Account Manager you will manage several customer accounts tasked with providing excellent customer service.Duties include:

  • Be the primary point of contact for client accounts.
  • Overseeing client projects liaising with the laboratory to ensure all work is completed on time.
  • Manage client queries and quotations
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships and identify new opportunities for growth.
