By putting ourselvesin the shoes of our users, we can create software that is intuitive, enjoyable, and effective.The RoleBased in Cambridge, UK, and reporting to the Divisional President, you’ll be responsible for leading all product and engineering strategy and efforts to deliver ourWorkiro and Virtual Cabinetproducts that fulfil our growth objectives.What youll doYou will lead and implement processes for all research activities, from market and competitor analysis, through stakeholder input and alignment, to voice-of-customer, in order to formulate and engender an ambitious, commercially compelling, and innovative product strategy and roadmap.You’ll be responsible for the design and efficiency of operational processes that effectively measure, expose and foster high levels of performance.You’ll lead and manage product and engineering functions: product management, design, engineering, QA and DevOps - ensuring that planning, technology, architecture, development, deployment (and related) efforts are optimised to deliver secure, reliable, quality products to customers, at velocity, focused on our objectives, whilst maintaining a solid foundation for future growth.As inputs in your never-ending research cycle, you’ll continually monitor and evaluate customer feedback and analytics data to help define ongoing strategy and measure success.You’ll be first in line to advocate for, and enable, customer acquisition, adoption, and loyalty by ensuring customers are perfectly placed to extract maximum value from our products, with the least amount of effort. You and your team will lead and support content creation efforts throughout the customer lifecycle, from go-to-market support, through product marketing and educational content.You’ll be ready to stand on stage or appear on screen, any time, anywhere, to any audience, to evangelise about our vision, our products, and the problems we solve.You’ll deliver what’s needed in a commercially responsible manner as you diligently manage a significant budget.In all that you do, you’ll be responsive, collaborative and foster positivity, ambition and achievement in the face of complexity.What you need 10+ years in <
