As a member of the college senior leadership team, the VPA helps to provide the strategic direction for the college and holds the top level responsibility for all of its academic work. This includes acting as the direct line manager for the senior academic team and the academic support team. It is an exciting time to join a college that is thriving and doing so in challenging times.Qualifications and ExperienceThe education of international students at GCSE and A-level should be a passion for you. You must have experience of teaching and departmental management.
