Christs College seeks a suitably qualified person for appointment as the Undergraduate Tutorial Administrator, providing first-class administrative support to the College.Tutorial Administrator (Undergraduates)Location: St Andrews Street, Cambridge, CB2 3BUSalary: The salary for this post is on a range of points from 37 - 43 on the Universitys single salary spine, which currently equates to £30,502 - £36,386 per annum. Vacancy type: Permanent, Full Time, 36.25 hours per weekBased within the busy Tutorial Office, the post holder will interact with a wide range of College staff and Fellows in addition to associates from across the University, to support the arrival, integration, academic progression, assessment and wellbeingof Christs students.The Tutorial Team is responsible for providing comprehensive support to all Christs students. The Senior Tutor, Dr Tom Monie, is responsible for all aspects of students educational and welfare provision within the College. The Tutorial Office Manager, NicolasWatkins-Wright, leads the administrative team.The successful candidate will have strong communication and organisational skills, be pragmatic and able to demonstrate confidentiality and sensitivity in dealing with a wide range of people. Experience of working in a similar or related environment wouldbe particularly helpful. They will be skilled at providing support and advice that is efficient, effective, and reliable and covers all aspects of academic, welfare and other student-related provision of the College.
