We’ve invested heavily in our people and culture, and we want to grow our teams by finding people who share our enthusiasm for creating a better future.We look for people that demonstrate and encourage inclusivity, passion, openness, togetherness, impact, improvement, judgment and curiosity.The Transport Training & Development Officer Role:As a Training & Development Officer, you’ll make a real difference to the lives of others.Working with a number of high profile transport organisations who are passionate about developing their employees, you’ll provide learners with the skills they need to become professional bus drivers.Your role will be varied, but the core focus will always be to support new drivers to meet their goals and succeed in their apprenticeships.
