The appointed Trademark Attorney will be overseeing brand protection and enforcement matters as well as due diligence mergers andacquisitions and assessing relevant IP assets. Due to growth, the appointed Chartered Trademark Attorney will be joining an established and successful team which covers the broad remit of IP law. You will be handling a high volume caseload and be expectedto further build and develop the business further.
