We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technology Transfer Pilot Manufacturing Operative to join our dynamic team in Cambridge. You will play a crucial role in operating the manual and semi-automatic assembly equipment across the entirepilot manufacturing process. This position requires occasional travel to different sites, ensuring seamless technology transfer across our global operations.ResponsibilitiesOperate manual and semi-automatic assembly equipment across entire pilot manufacturing processTo manually & automatically assemble products and intermediatesComply with all relevant Health, Safety, Environmental & COSHH requirementsContemporaneous completion of quality documentationAble to follow detailed work instructions and protocols precisely Work with R&D teams to Identify improvementsEnsure the efficient running of Assembly equipment during manufactureInventory managementRequirementsBachelors degree in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Engineering) or equivalent experience.Proven experience in a manufacturing or pilot plant environment.Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements.Proficiency in using analytical instruments and data analysis tools.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.Strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.Flexibility to travel to different sites as required.BenefitsCompetitive salary of up to £40,000 per annum.10% performance-based bonusOpportunities for career growth and professional development.Access to cutting-edge technologies and scientific advancements.Collaborative and inclusive work environment.Pension scheme and other additional perks.We are an equal opportunity employer, and we welcome applications from all qualified individuals.
