Desktop Support/ Technical Support engineerlocation: CambridgeSalary:£35,000-£40,000Permanent roleHybrid working: 3 days for the office, 2 days remotely.The company is a leading Managed Services business providing and a market leading IT Service solutions provider.They strive to research, develop, and deliver the products, services and solutions needed by our customers to support their primary goals of supporting their customers, providing optimum customer experiences, and ultimately delivering successful outcomes.The RoleWe are looking for a passionate and motivated Tier 2 Support Engineer who has proven commercial experience in supporting Microsoft, Networking and Security products.The successful applicant will be responsible for configuring, monitoring, and maintaining the infrastructure used to support the delivery of the customers Services products, applications, and network.The role is to work with their internal Support Engineer teams, third party suppliers and other company teams to achieve high levels of security, availability, reliability and supporting systems, leading their continuous improvement.
