Job Description

I am looking to finish the year by helping a candidate secure a great role in a company that i have been working with for the last three years. The role is a Technical Support Engineer, who speaks Korean fluently. This role is open to strong graduates through to established Technical engineers. Please see below the technical requirements.MUST BE FLUENT IN KOREAN * Provide excellent support to customers, answering technical queries or escalating to tier 3 support engineers for resolution * Taking a proactive approach to support ticket closure, ensuring customer satisfaction * Take ownership of a range of tickets, including escalations to ensure that they are responded to in a timely manner * Create new knowledge articles on topics where articles do not exist * Produce reports to support the Customer Account Managers (CAMs) on activity by customer and other management reports * Build strong relationships with customers and CAMs to support the 360o view of the customer * Seek customer feedback to ensure we meet and continuously strive to improve service levels * Actively seek to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on key areas of support, document, train and be the escalation point for said product support Job benefits:* Incentive Packages * Pension * Private Health care * Clear ProgressionThe ONE Group
