Job Description

Technical Solutions Manager UKRemote working (occasional on-site attendance)Cooper Lomaz are currently recruiting a Remote Uk position for a growing international client with offices in Cambridge. We are currently seeking a Technical Solutions Manager for a newly created role Managing integration and implementation of assigned projectswith a particular focus with EDI where you shall be translating customer requirements into a project scope description and implementation advice.Within this new role you will be responsible for completing project assessments and sign-off including documentation of lessons learnt and handover the to the customer care functions whilst managing the internal projects that improve and support corporate metrics(including operational improvements and standardization); new product launches (e.g. input, validation, manage pilot implementations) and other initiatives to support customer adoption, retention, and optimization of the use of our clients services. The appointedcandidate will set-up internal and external processes to identify and resolve customer issues using known industry best practices (e.g. efficiency improvements); develop other best practices using key accounts to provide customers with increased operationalefficiency and value. Candidates will have prior experience defining and implementing project tracking milestones for Solutions Delivery and ensure Project entries in relevant project management tool are accurate and fully trackable and when required workwith clients occasionally face to face.The appointed candidate will have proven experience working with project implementation management within supply chain and order management solutions / EDI and have a proven track record of customer communication and management. You will have a technical understandingor experience in a EDI with solid project management incl. requirements gathering and scope along with the ability to interact with different levels of an organisation and work with cross-functional teams with and able to convey technical and non-technicalinformation to a diverse audience.Key Skills / Experience:

  • Bachelor degree in business or related discipline or equivalent business experience
  • Commercial experience in project implementation management within supply chain and order management solutions with a proven track record of customer communication and management
  • Technical understanding or experience in a EDI technical role
  • Solid project management incl. requirements gathering and scope definition skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to interact with different levels of an organisation and work with cross-functional teams
  • Autonomous, self-directed, being able to work with tight deadlines, with a hands-on approach and strong sense for initiative and drive
  • Ability to convey technical and non-technical information to a diverse audience
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Desirable Criteria:
  • Experience in infrastructure and business processes in the Healthcare industry and hospital supply chain (procurement)
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies
  • Fluency in any other European language e.g. Dutch, French, Italian, Spanish (not essential)
