SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Technical Sales Co-ordinator to join one of their key clients at one of their sites based in Cambridge. The role will report to the Sales Manager and will look after all day-to-day sales administration. You willbe joining an excellent team of people working closely with long-standing customers. This is a full-time, permanent position to be based in the office. Day to day duties will include: - Developing customer relationships - Responding to customer enquiries, - Providing excellent customer service - Completing all relevant administration - Producing sales quotations - Verifying invoices before postage - Ensuring credit limits are not exceeded at time of sale - Tracking and updating orders - Liaising with Stores Department to ensure stock levels and order requirements - Checking computer stock levels for potential sale orders - Placing stock requirement orders with suppliers - Booking stock in on company systems This role is suited to someone with a solid administration background who has great communication skills and can deal with customers daily. The role will look after a range of technical product orders however previous experience of this is not at all essentialand full training will be provided so that you feel confident and comfortable with all aspects of the role.
