Job Description

Technical & Project Support AssistantWe are currently recruiting for a Temporary Technical Project Support Assistant that will be assisting a project team as well as completing basic IT Duties. The role will be split where you will focus 2 days a week on IT projects and 2 days supporting the project team for a multi-project audit.The appointed candidate will be required to cover a range of duties on the technical side including:

  • Set up new starters on systems
  • Keep log of starters & leavers
  • Maintain a software Audit
  • Draw up schedule on calendar renewal dates for software
  • Archive old user Accounts
  • Asset Register maintenance
  • Look through staff profiles and correct against HRMS
  • Organise Hardware for recycling
  • Install accounts on to new hardware
  • Draw up purchase orders for equipment
  • Look through software guidance notes and update
  • Look through new starter guidance and update
  • Make updates on Intranet
  • Whilst supporting the Project team your duties will include:
  • Compile supporting documents from electronic and paper files (invoices, receipts etc) and tie back to a list of expenditure
  • Review supporting documents provided from overseas offices to tie back to a list of expenditure and review for compliance with donor regulations
  • Ad hoc project admin tasks as needed
  • Applications need to have solid IT literacy and admin skills. You will be willing to pick up new tasks on the job butyou will be given support and training as required. The week would be split with a clear structure where you would work 2 mornings a week on the IT side (Tues AM and Wed AM) and the rest of the week would be project adminApply now for full details
