Technical Co-ordinator - Residential Developer - Cambridge£50,000 - £55,000 + bonus + £5,000 car allowance + benefitsWe are currently working with a leading residential developer, who have tasked us with helping them to attract, and recruit, a technical coordinator, to come and join their skilled and experienced technical team based out of their Cambridgeshire office.Our client is a one of largest, design led developers in the country, and they place technical/architectural detail at the core of their developments. They are looking to bring in an individual capable of coordinating detailed architectural drawings, andproviding expert technical input to external design consultants.Our client is happy to consider individuals from either an architectural practice, or working client side already. They do require that applicants possess a solid architectural background, and can understand detailed drawings of residential projects.They are willing to put together a highly competitive salary package, along with excellent company benefits.
