Job Description

A commercial law firm with a first rate reputation that spreads nationally is looking to recruit a talent acquisition specialist to their team.The successful candidate will be a key figure in helping the firm achieve their growth and recruitment plans across their network of offices throughout the East Midlands. You will play a key role in developing the firms recruitment strategy and liaising withkey stakeholders in the practice to ensure that top level talent is attracted and retained by the firm.You will work with the partners and HR team to recruit for positions across the broad range of practice areas that the firm works in, including both commercial and services for individuals. Duties will include things such as:

  • Identifying and sourcing suitable individuals for roles at various levels of seniority from support staff through to senior level hires.
  • Shortlisting suitable candidates for positions.
  • Assisting in the arrangements of interviews and providing feedback in respect of these interviews that take place.
  • Dealing withoffers to candidates with the aim of securing talent for the team.
  • Dealing with external stakeholders.
  • implementing an effectivecandidate tracking system.
