Job Description

My client is urgently seeking for a experienceTalent Acquisition Coordinator, Tosupport their internal fast past recruitment and HR function.Hybrid workingInternal or Agency recruitment experienceFull time hoursPermanent rolePurpose Of RoleAs an experienced recruiter, you will advise on compliant process and best practice and work in close collaboration with Hiring Managers, HR Partnering teams and external partners to develop highly effective recruitment strategies, using creative and proactiveapproaches to support the growth and retention of internal talent and attraction and sourcing of external talentWhat will you do

  • Work in a fast-growing environment within recruitment
  • Responsible for the entire recruitment process, from candidate sourcing through to the offer stage
  • Delivering great candidate experience throughout the process
  • Search and headhunt for a wide range of roles using different talent acquisition tools and techniques
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners throughout the recruitment process and influence where required
  • Taking ownership of our work experience programme and delivery of immersework experience week
  • Liaising with agencies on the PSL – building relationships, managing agency candidates and negotiating fees
  • Provide insights to stakeholders on the market and advise on how to attract the best talent
  • Initiate innovative ideas on how we may be able to organise events and attend events to promote the brand
  • Suggest new ideas to make our process more efficient to candidates
  • Think of different ideas to attract candidate
Other key experience needed:
  • Motivated, passionate and pro active recruiter with the desire to create an exceptional candidate experience
  • Knowledge and experience of working with an ATS
  • Knowledge of working with Linked inrecruiter
  • Knowledge of working with Apprenticeships and Graduates
  • Ability to manage and influence key stakeholders
  • Strong consultative and collaborative approach
  • Highly organised, adaptable and comfortable working in a busy environment
  • Ability to prioritise a high volume of work and work to tight deadlines
