Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced TA Partner to join a Cambridge based fast growing start up business. Now employing over 100 people and looking to double in size over the next 12 months. You will be joining our team of Talent Acquisition Partners and will recruit across a diverse range of technical jobroles across the entire company.Youll be passionate about people and the candidate experience. Youll thrive on using your initiative and will bring your ideas to headhunt talent and continue to evolve their employer brand.About the role

  • Partnering with their hiring managers to understand the skills, talent and roles
  • Able to proactively source, identify and approach candidates to join their business
  • Think creatively and outside of the box to fill roles
  • Understand the technical nature of the candidates
  • Be their Branda Ambassador
  • Own the candidate experience
  • Screening CVs effectively
The ideal candidate will have:
  • A bachelors degree or equivalent direct work experience
  • Experience in talent acquisition - headhunting, sourcing and proactively building a pipeline of talent, thinking outside of the box
  • Experience working in a fast paced start-up environment or fast growing company
  • Ideally a track record of recruiting across all level roles - entry through to senior leadership - in a tech environment, and have hired technical roles
  • A mix of agency and in-house experience is highly desirable
