Switchboard Team LeaderFull Time (37 ½ hours per week)Band 4 - £21,892 - £24,157 per annumAn exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Switchboard team leader who will be required to deputise for the Switchboard manager.This role is based at Royal Papworth Hospital in Cambridge and will require the post holder to work flexibly to ensure cover for the requirements of a 24-hour service.This is an excellent opportunity to support this critical service – the successful post holder will ideally have a background in telecommunications and be able to demonstrate excellent, interpersonal skills and have a customer orientated focus.As well as being a hands on telephonist, the successful candidate will be involved with the training, development and line management of the Switchboard team, covering and day to day technical assistance supporting the Switchboard manager.If you require further information or would like an informal chat, please contact:Gary King – Switchboard Manager-OrRichard Bowes - Deputy Head ICT Operations – Service Delivery-
